The YAC meets this month on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6 pm here at the Chapter. Q: What is the YAC? A: The YAC, Young Adult Club of the Sioux Empire American Red Cross, is a team effort of the Sioux Empire Red Cross and students all working together, enabling young adults to make their community and the world a better place while developing leadership skills for today and the future. Q: What would My role be in the YAC? A: As a Young Adult Club Member you would:
Q: What Kind of projects and activities will the YAC perform? A: The YAC will perform projects and activities that will mirror the services offered by the Sioux Empire Red Cross and relate to the Red Cross mission. Projects and activities would emphasize Health & Safety services, Disaster services, Emergency services & Community services. In addition young adults participating in the YAC will be provided the opportunity to take advantage of some of the Health & Safety courses & Disaster courses offered by the Sioux Empire Red Cross.
